Digest Media is a Newcastle-based media and technology business (Newcastle Digest, Digest Studio, and Testimo). For privacy questions, contact kyle@newcastledigest.com.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect:

• Your name and email address
• Your message and the enquiry type you select
• The page you submitted from (for context)

We may also collect basic technical data via our hosting provider or analytics (if enabled), such as approximate location from IP, browser type, and pages viewed. We do not sell your personal information.

Why we collect it

We use this information to:

• Respond to your enquiry and provide the service you asked about
• Keep a record of the conversation in our CRM (HubSpot)
• Improve the site and understand which offers people ask about

Where it is stored

Enquiry details are stored in HubSpot (our CRM). Our website may be hosted on infrastructure outside Australia. By submitting the form, you understand your information may be processed in those locations with appropriate safeguards from those providers.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to manage the relationship and our legitimate business records, then delete or de-identify them when they are no longer required.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing kyle@newcastledigest.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes

We may update this page when our practices change. The date at the top will be revised when we do.
